Educational Qualification: Candidates eligible for IDBI Specialist Cadre Officers job posses a Graduation Degree/PG/CA/CFE from a recognised university. Having minimum 04 to 10 years of post qualification working experience
Age Limit: Minimum 25 Years & Maximum 45 years as on 01.11.2019. Candidates from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Selection Process for IDBI SO Recruitment 2019
The selection process will comprise of Group Discussions (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI). The GD and/or PI for Grades ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D” will be held at the Bank’s Corporate Office in Mumbai.
